Sajda Mughal survived one of the most devastating terrorist attacks in the UK and has dedicated her life to preventing extremism. Even though terrorists tried to take her life on the 7th of July 2005, shes writes that we must not betray our own values by calling for extremists to face the death penalty; we should be focusing on preventing and not encouraging radicalisation.
