Against Forced Marriages

Sajda launched the award-winning Against Forced Marriages Campaign with JAN Trust in 2010.

She has since provided training on the issues to thousands of participants from the community, voluntary and statutory sectors, focusing on awareness raising, preventative work and effective responses. This training is culturally sensitive and seeks to educate on religious provisions and marriage.

She has also worked with numerous schools across London and the UK engaging with students about the issue.
